If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

We ship every Wednesday and Saturday or as requested by you after you checkout. We deliver our goods by road therefore you can expect to pick them at a specific bus station as directed by us on Thursday or Sunday morning alternatively depending on your purchase date.

We currently ship anywhere in Kenya (except the northern region) We do not ship outside Kenya at this time, but hopefully we'll do so in the near future.
